JMC Essentials is a UAE-based business specializing in personalized laser-engraved wooden and bamboo gifts, home décor, and corporate gifting solutions.

2. Products & Customization

  • All products are made-to-order and personalized based on the details you provide at checkout
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all engraving details (names, text, logos) are accurate and correctly spelled before submitting your order
  • JMC Essentials is not liable for errors in personalization resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight natural variations in wood grain and finish are expected and are not considered defects

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
  • We accept payment through the methods available at checkout
  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise
  • JMC Essentials reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity

4. Production & Delivery

  • Custom orders require 3–5 business days for production before dispatch
  • Delivery timelines vary by location within the UAE and will be communicated at the time of order
  • JMC Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. As our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrectly engraved items. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on jmcessentials.ae — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the property of JMC Essentials and may not be reproduced without written permission
  • By submitting a logo or design for engraving, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that design and you grant JMC Essentials a limited license to engrave and reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, JMC Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably.
