Shipping policy

1. Production Time

All JMC Essentials products are custom-made and laser-engraved to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Orders are not shipped on weekends or UAE public holidays.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

We deliver across all emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery: Available upon request — contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

3. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For large corporate or event orders, please contact us before placing your order to discuss production timelines, delivery scheduling, and bulk pricing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply
  • JMC Essentials is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. International Shipping

At this time, JMC Essentials primarily ships within the UAE. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss availability, costs, and estimated delivery times.
