Refund policy
Important Notice — Personalized & Custom-Engraved Items
All products sold by JMC Essentials are made-to-order and personalized with custom laser engraving based on the details provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please review your engraving details carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We will accept a return or issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received does not match the engraving details you submitted
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-engraved products where the correct details were provided
- Items that have been used or altered after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval from our team
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at info.jmcessentials@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), JMC Essentials will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
